These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services offered by OLA RLT LLC, doing business as Revitalize Your Glow MedSpa(the “Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A credit card may be required to secure your booking. Certain treatments may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. Repeat no-shows may prevent future bookings.

3. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before or at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Services: All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
• Products: Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
• Final sale items: Digital gift cards, travel-sized items, and promotional bundles are non-refundable.
• Faulty items: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days for a possible exchange.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By scheduling or receiving services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If using services on behalf of another, you confirm their consent.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before treatments if you have any medical conditions. We are not liable for adverse reactions from treatments.

6. Liability & Indemnification

OLA RLT LLC, doing business as Revitalize Your Glow MedSpa is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from our services or products. By using our services, you waive any claims against OLA RLT LLC, doing business as Revitalize Your Glow MedSpa, its employees, and affiliates. You indemnify and hold the business harmless from legal claims arising from service use.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number through the OLA RLT LLC, doing business as Revitalize Your Glow MedSpa chat widget and affirmatively accepting the consent statement displayed by the widget at the point of submission, you agree to receive customer-care and service-related text messages from us. These messages may include responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination tied to an open inquiry, and follow-up communications related to an existing support interaction. Our SMS program does not include promotional or marketing content.

Full details of our SMS program — including the verbatim consent statement shown by the chat widget, the opt-in confirmation message, frequency, rates, HELP, STOP, and data-sharing policies — are described in our Privacy Policy, Section 2.

Message frequency varies based on the status of your support interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

8. Binding Arbitration

Disputes related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a jury trial or participation in class-action lawsuits. Arbitration is conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

Opt-out: If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration clause, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms by emailing info@revitalizeyourglow.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

OLA RLT LLC, doing business as Revitalize Your Glow MedSpa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
